There are so many precious children on Reeces Rainbow that need a home and a family. Victor is one that God put on our hearts to pray for when we were working on adopting Sean.
If he had been at Sean's orphanage we would have wanted to bring him home :) He is already 4...which means he's at high risk of being institutionalized. We are praying God will lead a family to bring him home.

This sweet little boy really needs a loving family to grow up in! He has the most beautiful blue eyes, and a glowing personality! He makes the most of his challenges, which are many. Victor is able to walk and is quite functional, despite his challenges. Victor was born with spina bifida and hydrocephaly. He has a congenital lesion of the central nervous system (spina bifida), myelocele (open ended), internal hydrocephalus compensated, and pelvic malfunction (curvature of his spine due to the spina bifida). He struggles with his speech as well. Victor sure has the odds stacked against him, but now he has a voice and hope for a family to love him through Reece's Rainbow! Please consider rescuing Victor! He is 4 now and facing imminent institutionalization. He is SO smart and doing So well, please don't let him end up a statistic!!
