Victor was one that stole our hearts (along with our Sean) when we first discovered Reeces Rainbow. I'd wanted so much to adopt him too but we couldn't adopt from 2 different regions as it would've taken doubly long (and we were leaving little ones) and cost double the fees. We knew God had a plan for him and we prayed for him to find his family....it is such a blessing to get to see it coming to be! And he will have a sweet baby sister who is also being adopted. Praise God for how He sets the lonely into families and is a Father to the fatherless. Please keep their family in your prayers...
