Maryland update

Just a note to say we are doing okay here in MD. We were able to get the 2 sick ones seen at a clinic and get Naomi started on antibiotic for little pneumonia she's developed, and a medicine for her hives which the dr thought was some kind of allergic reaction. I can see some improvement already. Jonah has been a real trooper...done much better than expected. His cough was worse last night and still had a low fever but today seems improved and seems to be only mildly itchy (only certain areas). He is pretty covered and doesn't like how it looks but seems to be tolerating it well and has been playing well. So far the younger ones don't show any signs of illness but it could show up from 7-21 days after exposure. We are praying for God's grace upon them and wisdom to know what to do about traveling....Jonah must be cleared up and the girls free of signs to fly home.

We are so thankful that we have been able to stay at our friends house here this past week--they are away for vacation and graciously allowed us to stay here, and have been very understanding about all this. Definitely not the relaxing waiting time (doing fun outings and visiting friends and family here) I'd hoped for but I'm trying to remember to be thankful.

I am so thankful Jonah did not come down with this while overseas, that we didn't expose any of our young friends here, that Haylee has not shown signs of it overseas, and that Sean has already had it atleast. Also thankful for all of your prayers...keep them coming!
