Now after having hosted 2 children in our home who quickly became family to us, we are once again embarking on a journey to bring them home! Join our family in this amazing journey!

One week

We're now been here for one week--as of yesterday. If we get interpol clearance in the next few days, we will be home in one more week (due to fly out this Sunday and be home late that night) Please keep us in your prayers that we will be able to come home then....we'd have to pay alot to change our flight ($750) and we long so much to get home to our children. Another week sounds like an eternity (it feels like we've been here much longer than a week) We are homesick and miss our children...sounds like they are doing well there, but they seem to be missing Mommy and Daddy more.

Also, please if you are reading our blog, we'd love for you to leave a comment when you can...it helps to know there are people with us and who are praying :)

Here are a few pictures of last night's visit that I had not loaded when I blogged about yesterday. Looks like today may stay a little cooler...that would be nice!

Taras enjoying being outside

Lusa up close!

Jonah says the icecream cones are too little here (I agree)! But we wonder if maybe thats why there arent very many overweight people here--portions are smaller.

Wow - You are flying through your adoption. (We just got back and I am catching up on blogs) I know it doesn't seem that way for you because you are so cut off over there and it is hot and lonely and depressing but you have moved quickly through the system. Praise God. We had to come home without our precious boy because of political issues so we are waiting to return. Praying for you guys and hoping that your pace continues and you can get those precious children home. I am rejoicing that you took the leap of faith and are bringing them BOTH home. Our Aaron IS in a mental institute and believe me - it is no place for your sweet ones.

Hello Adamson's! We pray you are able to have court on Friday. We still have not heard anything about ours. Alot of what you are jounaling we can relate to. We also found a catholic church to attend on Sunday and our experince was similar to yours. The heat has been very hard on us. Makes going out and exploring hard but we do get a little in here and there. Our facilitator said she will hopefully take us on a tour of the ophanage to see more RR kiddos. So far the nannies have not given us a hard time. We stroll around other groupas and I've taken pictures. We are welcomed into Isaiah's groupa but we don't stay long as we feel uncomfortable not knowing if they want us to leave. Our little kids miss us as do we and our older kids sure would like dad back home to help with all the work. Unfortanately they were in a vehicle accident Friday night due to fog and an unfamiliar road. We thank our GOOD LORD for sparing them any injuries. I'm sure you can imagine how freaked we were being so far away. That is our biggest prayer right now that everyone stays safe. Your kiddos seem to being well. If the homesickness for everyone wouldn't be so hard it would sure make being here easier. Our 5 year old Joey no longer wants to Skype. I think he is mad at us. I start singing Itsy Bitsy Spider and he will slowly come to the computer. I cried alot about that last week. The kid-sitters say he is doing very well and is happy. We so look forward to our reunion of the whole family...only this time one member bigger.

We are excited for you guys to have court and get home. Praying our court comes soon too.

May God continue to bless you all on this amazing journey.

Love,
The Becker's

Hello friends,
Boy do I recognize that hallway & couch too. We spent a many of visits right were you are. It really didn't matter as long as we had our children to love on. The new stroller looks great. what a find at the market. Loved the out door market. Please give Irina a Oklahoma Howdy from the Dickinson's when you hear from her again. We're praying court will be Friday, competed & in your favor. Can't wait to hear about you traveling safely home. Praying for you!
Blessings,
Meghan
